Remember, Remember The Fifth of November: Bonfire Night Essentials!

Whether you’re off to a garden bonfire party or a firework display – bonfire night is peak for winter fashion. Here are some winter essentials to take with you this week, regardless of your plans.

Fashionable Hat

There are so many hats in style this year; baker boy caps, berets and the traditional bobble hat. Be sure to take one of these with you as the temperature is definitely dropping outside!

Cosy Coat

Investing in a cosy winter coat goes without saying – it is by far the most valuable piece to have in your wardrobe around this time of year. Bonfire night is the perfect time to wrap up in style with a faux fur coat or whatever takes your fancy!

Hand-warmers/Gloves

I learned the hard way in previous years, I would often forget to take some warm gloves with me whilst watching the fireworks. If gloves aren’t your thing, invest in some hand-warmers! You can opt for microwavable reusable ones or disposable friction activated heat pads.

Beautiful Boots

Bonfire night can sometimes be situated on damp ground so it’s important to come prepared with the right footwear. Black over-the-knee boots are a personal favourite of mine, not only do they keep your legs warm but the dark colour prevents any dirt from showing! Simple but effective.

Stay safe and happy bonfire night!
